'A Day of Sharing' will take place April 16

April 14, 2005 | LOGAN — "A Day of Sharing," a project created by organizations at Utah State University and throughout the community, will take place on Saturday, April 16.

Volunteers will participate in various service projects at Willow Park and throughout the community. The event gives volunteers a chance to become active in their community and to meet people from various organizations throughout Logan.

Those who wish to participate should meet at Willow Park on April 16 at 10 a.m. to kick off the event with Logan Mayor Doug Thompson and the city council. Volunteers will be directed to projects in need of assistance. Those in need of volunteers to complete projects, or for further information, contact Becky Nudd by email at ran@cc.usu.edu or Brian Francom at bfrancom@cc.usu.edu.
